Focus on One

Have you ever been overwhelmed by a task? It could be a stack of ungraded papers, a never-ending pile of laundry, or a list of household chores. Maybe you’ve looked at a broken marriage, a damaged friendship, or a problem at work that seemed so big you had no idea how to move forward. Perhaps you can’t stomach the news because you see this upside down world so desperately need in need of Jesus that it is too much to bear. What do we do when the task seems overwhelming? Instead of focusing on the size of the task, we have to remember that everything changes when we focus on “one.” Join us this Sunday as we dig into Nehemiah 5 and 6 and learn how to build, God’s way.”
